Calling all visual artists!

We invite you to submit photograph or artwork that complements our January program, which will feature the classical work The Carnival of the Animals by Camille Saint-Saëns. Help illustrate the story of this humorous piece. Click here to see the details of our 2016 Art Contest.

A prize will be awarded to the contest winner!

Renaming our Youth Concerto Competition

In an effort to expand entrant participation in our annual competition, we are renaming it to “Young Concert Artists Competition.” In addition to traditional solo entries (on any instrument and in any genre, as long as orchestral accompaniment is necessary), we are encouraging multi-instrument entries to apply (i.e. Bach – Concerto for 2 violins).

Application form and Guidelines to this season’s competition will be available online soon.

Meet our new addition

Anne KuWith the start of this season, we are thrilled to welcome Anne Ku as our new concertmaster. Anne comes from the neighboring town (Princeton), bringing with her, experience, energy and leadership. We look forward to her partnership in building Sinfonietta Nova into a fine ensemble that brings exciting music-making to our audiences in central Jersey.
